You must create an account using Google OAuth to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Plans and Billing

Listbotic offers Free, Basic, and Plus plans. Subscription payments are processed via Stripe. Plan details and pricing are available on our website. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

4. Usage Limits

Your access to generation features may be subject to monthly description limits based on your selected plan. Listbotic reserves the right to enforce these limits.

5. AI Content Generation

Listbotic uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI) to generate product descriptions. While we aim for high quality, we cannot guarantee that generated content will meet all user expectations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including generating misleading, harmful, or infringing content.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Supabase, Stripe) to deliver parts of our Service. Your use of Listbotic constitutes agreement to their terms as well.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the platform.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Listbotic provides its Service "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Once a product description is generated and delivered through the Service, you own the rights to the generated content. However, Listbotic retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Listbotic, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

15. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the Service.
